Introduction
ASTEN Generation is a youth-led, community-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people in underserved communities. Our work focuses on three key areas: preventive health, girl empowerment, and youth leadership.
Why We Exist
Many children, youth, and adults in underserved communities face overlapping challenges that limit their potential. Poor hygiene, low confidence, lack of leadership opportunities, and insufficient support for aging with dignity create cycles of disadvantage that are difficult to break.
Asten Generation was founded to interrupt these cycles. Our mission is to empower individuals across all ages through preventive health, youth leadership, and the Empowered Life Initiative, which includes women’s empowerment, dignified aging, and the Purposeful Men program. By fostering confidence, leadership, and self-agency, we help people transform their lives and contribute positively to their communities.

What Makes us Different
Asten Generation Foundation stands out because our work is intentionally integrated. We do not see hygiene, confidence, and leadership as separate issues. We see them as stages and dimensions of human development. Our ecosystem of programs supports children and youth along a pathway that begins with healthy habits, grows into confidence and identity, and matures into leadership and life direction.
